14 days right of cancellation
Since 13 June 2014, the Distance and Foreign Transactions Act (FAGG) for More rights and security for consumers. It applies to all transactions that the customer has not concluded on the business premises of the authorised company, but outside, by telephone or online, and grants the customer a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Of course, this also applies to your business relationship with us - when concluding a brokerage contract outside our business premisesyou have the right according to §11 FAGG, without giving reasons within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, from this to resign. The corresponding declaration of cancellation can be submitted using the cancellation form provided, but is not bound to any form.
Exceptions and consequences
Shall we prematurely, act on your behalf before the end of this 14-day cancellation periode.g. by transmitting detailed information or arranging viewing appointments, then the Your express request.

If, in such a case, a legal transaction is concluded as a result of this named business opportunity, the contract forms the basis of a commission claim.
In the event of cancellation in accordance with §11 FAGG, you undertake not to make use of the information obtained.
