Update 1 month later: I have now met Mrs Stütz in person and can say: Best estate agent I have ever experienced! Mrs Stütz is friendly, cordial, competent and prudent. Both the viewing and the handover of the flat as well as all the steps in between were always cordial and competent, you always know what, when, where, for what. Mrs Stütz is also very flexible when it comes to making appointments, you ALWAYS feel well looked after - and the fact that you get a Prosecco with your own name on it at the handover is the icing on the cake of the whole arrangement.
