The estate agent always provides his services in advance and only receives his agreed commission when he has earned money, usually when a rental or purchase agreement has been concluded.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvgsua\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt; --font-size: 12px; --line-height: 1.34;\"><span class=\"oypena\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">What many clients don't realise is that every day as a real estate agent is a journey through a multi-faceted terrain of negotiations, challenges and ever-changing scenarios.
