I would never have thought that I would realise, like my father, that the younger generation ticks very differently to the 50+ generation, especially as I can claim to be a very modern woman.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">However, I don't like the digital development with all its advantages and disadvantages at all.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">It's a fact that we humans have less and less time to talk to each other, with emails and WhatsApp taking priority.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">What happened to the days when people picked up the phone to communicate? No more time for that!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">I'm still part of the \"old\" generation, personal dialogue is very important to me and if something is unclear, it can be put right. Mail contact or other social contacts often lead to misinterpretations, even if a punctuation mark is placed incorrectly, this can cause a disaster.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">We also work a lot with sms, WhatsApp and email because the workload is increasing and the message can be forwarded quickly this way. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">However, for me this never replaces a personal conversation and I usually call afterwards. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 17.25pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">But what goes completely against the grain for me is when customers simply disappear without talking to each other about what's going on. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">It feels like a relationship where you don't talk to each other but fall silent and withdraw. The other person is simply left out in the rain and doesn't know what's going on. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">Nowadays it is so easy to hide behind an e-mail or send another message to give a short answer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 17.25pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">I would really like that!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">Customers receive an extremely good service from us with a lot of added value. It would be appropriate to at least respond to calls or emails explaining why a property that was previously so interesting has suddenly become completely uninteresting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">I was and am always in favour of an honest and open conversation - but to simply negate all callbacks and answers and go into hiding is, to be honest, very unfair and somehow disrespectful. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">Even if calls may be annoying, if there is a friendly voice on the other end that can help free of charge, at least a clear \"thank you, we have changed our minds or it is not up to date\" can be communicated.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04xlpa\" style=\"line-height: 12.0pt;\"><span class=\"s1ppyq\"><span style=\"color: black; letter-spacing: .25pt;\">It also makes no sense to put off phone calls until later if you don't want any more contact.
