How does the tipster commission work?
You hear from friends, acquaintances or a stranger that someone wants to sell their house, flat or property in Vienna or Lower Austria. Or you know of an estate where the heirs would like to sell the property.
Often all you need to do is walk and drive through the neighbourhood with your eyes open and suddenly you see a private sign on a plot of land or a property that says "for sale" at the top.
Simply pass this tip on to us with the name of the owner or the address of the property for sale (we can locate the owner via an extract from the land register) - preferably using the short contact form at the bottom of the page.
We will then contact the owner immediately and let you know on an ongoing basis whether we have been successful in acquiring the property (i.e. whether we have been able to sell it) or not.
A tip does not always lead to a tipster commission and several attempts may be necessary. However, the greatest motivation is always the First payment of the tipster commission!
Requirements for receiving the tipster commission
- We must not yet be aware of the property in question.
- It may not be a property from your own portfolio or from your own partner (in order to pay less commission on sale) or from your own family - we also accept these properties for sale, but there is a seller's commission for this, which cannot be reduced by the amount of the tip.
- The named property (house, flat or plot of land) has not yet been passed on to a real estate agent and is not yet being advertised by one (no sales order has yet been placed with another agent).
- The aforementioned property is being sold successfully via Immobilien Stütz.
When will I receive the tipster commission?
As estate agents, we always receive our commission when we have earned money, i.e. when the purchase contract is signed, the money flows. After that, we can also pay out the tipster commission.
How do I know that my tipster commission was successful?
If you give us a tip about a property for sale, we will keep you informed with our acquisition service. We will let you know when we have an appointment with the prospective buyer, whether we are awarded the contract and we will also keep you up to date during the sale.
As we always appraise and value a new property at a realistic selling price and only then proceed with the sale, the probability of successfully selling a property is quite high when we receive a sales order.
Which properties are of interest to us?
We generally manage/sell flats and houses in Vienna and Lower Austria. We are interested in properties that are within an hour's drive of our company, i.e. the Weinviertel region around Stockerau. But other good locations are also important to us, such as Baden, Bad Vöslau, Klosterneuburg, or villas on Lake Wörth. We are less interested in houses very close to the border, as these are usually very cheap to buy and the journey to view them is too long.

Of course, customers who are looking for a property are also of interest. However, it is much easier to sell a suitable property - where the sales price is right - than it is for a prospective buyer to find the right property. In the latter case, experience shows that the search criteria change very often.
We are also interested in properties that are sold in the course of separations/divorces, as a neutral person is very often desired or necessary here to act as a mediator between the parties. Thanks to our mediator training, we are able to offer both professional and empathetic support with a clear conscience.
And finally, probate is one of our specialities. We maintain good contacts with notaries who deal with estates. We help with legal matters and know when these properties may be sold. We also provide support during evictions. This is highly appreciated by many of our clients, as they want to minimise the costs of selling their property.
