Who issues energy performance certificates?
To issue an energy performance certificate are in accordance with the Energy Performance Certificate Act authorised:
- Master builders, electrical engineers, gas, sanitary, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation engineers and master carpenters, as well as
- Engineering offices for building physics, building (installation, heating and air conditioning technology), environmental and process engineering, interior designers, mechanical engineers, technical physics,

- The list also includes civil engineers, architects, civil engineers and consultants.
